If you're like most potential online customers, you're probably thinking something like the following:
1. What if the pair I order doesn't fit?
2. What if the shoe isn't as comfortable as I thought?
3. What if the shoe actually looks different than advertised?
These questions may hinder you from actually making a purchase. And since Kikkor is a brand new company, without many dealer locations, you'll be left Kikkorless pondering your existence.
So what have we done to help?
FREE SHIPPING! BOTH WAYS!
This is how it works:
First, we'll ship all items you order for free. Great!
But what if you ordered the wrong size or you decide that you want a different pair all together? Well, all you have to do is fill out the form and we'll send out the replacement pair right away. At that point, we'll charge $10 less for the second pair to cover the cost of return shipping. Then once we receive your original pair back, we'll fully refund you for that pair.
Here's the math:
$100 - original pair
+ 90 - replacement pair
- 100 - refund of original pair
$90 TOTAL
So what happens if you totally hate the shoes and want nothing to do with Kikkor? Again, just fill out the form, return the pair and we'll fully refund you when we receive the shoes. Because we can't refund you for more than your original purchase, we'll PayPal the $10 shipping cost to you.
*Couple things to note:
1. You have 365 days to return unused items.
2. The $10 for return shipping applies only to returns that contain a purchased pair of golf shoes. It's limited to $10 per return, per customer, unless the customer has purchased and kept multiple pairs. In other words, you can't order multiple pairs, return all of them, and expect $10 for each pair.
3. Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 10 days to review the item and credit your credit card.
4. Make sure the merchandise is unused and placed in its original packaging. If we deem that the products have been used then the refund will be void! That’s not good! (Unless of course it is a warranty issue)
5. All items should be placed securely in a shipping box, similar to the shipping box you would have received them in.
6. You need some sort of insurance on your returned package, because if it is lost by the carrier, you will be out of luck. Kikkor will not be held responsible for lost packages.
7. The $10 credit for return shipping does apply to Canada. However, the free outgoing shipping is restricted to US Customers in the Lower 48 States. Why not Canada?
